Our HR platform
The HR admin nobody wants to do, done reliably.
VERA runs the monthly cycle: salaries, contributions, leave balances, approvals, and the policy questions that arrive the day before payroll closes. Staff ask in their own language. HR keeps the final say.

Who it is for
Companies where HR is one person and a spreadsheet.
VERA is built for the 20–500 employee range: big enough that payroll is genuinely complicated, small enough that nobody has an SAP budget or an SAP consultant.
HR and finance teams
Who close a payroll month by hand and would like to stop rebuilding the same sheet every time.
Companies with statutory obligations
Where social security contributions, family allowances, and end-of-service have rules that must be right, not approximately right.
Bilingual workforces
Where the handbook is in one language and half the staff would rather ask in the other.
What it does
The whole month, not just the fun parts.
Payroll products are easy to demo and hard to close a month with. VERA is built around closing the month.
Payroll with contributions
Monthly salary runs with social security contributions calculated against the current ceiling table — employee share, employer branches, and family allowances.
Leave and approvals
Balances that accrue correctly, requests routed to the right approver, and supporting documents required where policy says they are.
A policy assistant that cites
Staff ask a question in Arabic or English and get the answer plus the clause it came from. No invented policy.
Effective-dated employee records
Marital status, dependants, and salary changes are dated. A closed month keeps the figures it closed with, even if the record changes later.
End-of-service and settlements
Indemnity and final settlement calculated from the actual service history rather than a rule of thumb.
The month as a sheet
Export the payroll month to a spreadsheet, work in it the way you already do, and import it back as staged changes for review.
Roles and audit trail
Employees, managers, payroll, and admins each see their own surface — and every approval leaves a record.
Arabic throughout
Not a translated menu. Right-to-left layout, Arabic names and documents, and an assistant that answers in the language it was asked in.
Role views
Everyone sees their own job.
The same system, four different front doors.

Built here
Payroll rules are local. So is the software.
Most HR products are built for one market and localised for others. VERA was built for the rules it has to follow, from the first line.
Statutory contributions, current
Contribution ceilings and branch rates are maintained against the official tables — and the calculation is checked against real payroll before a month closes.
Family status matters here
Family allowances depend on marital status and dependants, and those change mid-year. VERA dates the change and resolves it per month.
Documents where policy demands them
Sick leave over a day, bereavement, and other categories can require an attachment before the request can be approved.
Bilingual by requirement
Staff correspondence, policy documents, and the assistant all work in Arabic and English, because that is how the workplace actually runs.
See it on your own numbers
A walkthrough is more useful than a feature list.
Bring a real payroll month. We will run it through VERA with you and you can tell us where it does not match what you do today.
