VERA — HR and payroll platform
The problem Closing a payroll month meant rebuilding the same spreadsheet, re-checking contribution ceilings by hand, and answering the same policy questions over WhatsApp.
What we built A full HR platform: monthly payroll with statutory contributions, effective-dated employee records, leave and approvals with required documents, end-of-service calculation, and a bilingual policy assistant that cites the handbook.
What changed The monthly cycle runs in the system instead of in a spreadsheet, closed months keep the figures they closed with, and the contribution maths is checked against the official tables rather than memory.

Document-to-journal-entry engine
The problem A bookkeeping practice was retyping invoices and receipts into accounting entries, one document at a time, with local tax rules applied from memory.
What we built A pipeline that reads a document, classifies it against a local chart of accounts, applies the tax treatment, and stages a draft journal entry. Nothing posts without a licensed accountant approving it.
What changed Data entry became review. The rules live in the system where they can be checked and updated, rather than in one person’s head.

Visual search for e-commerce
The problem Shoppers could not describe what they wanted in words, so they left. Text search was returning nothing for photographs of products the store actually stocked.
What we built An image-to-product search service built on multimodal embeddings and a vector index, served through a lightweight API so it can drop into an existing storefront.
What changed A customer can photograph an item and find the closest matches in the catalogue without typing a query.

Internal policy assistant
The problem Staff asked HR the same handful of questions constantly, and the answers were slightly different depending on who replied.
What we built A retrieval-backed assistant that answers from the approved handbook in Arabic or English and attaches the clause it drew from, so the answer can be checked.
What changed Routine questions resolve without a person, and when the assistant is unsure it hands over rather than guessing.

The problem A practice was fielding appointment requests across three channels with no record of who had asked for what.
What we built A single Arabic-first page — services, practitioners, location, hours — with a booking form that lands directly in the clinic’s WhatsApp.
What changed Requests arrive in one place, in a consistent format, on the channel the staff already watch.

The problem The firm was explaining its offer from scratch in every email thread, and had no page it was willing to send to a prospect.
What we built A bilingual single-page site: one clear offer, the process laid out, and a quote form that captures enough to price the work.
What changed The first conversation now starts after the prospect understands the offer, not before.

The problem A retail brand was selling through Instagram DMs and losing orders in the thread.
What we built A bilingual store with cash on delivery alongside card payment, local courier rates by delivery zone, and a WhatsApp path for customers who prefer to order that way.
What changed Orders arrive with an address, a payment method, and a record — instead of a screenshot and a phone number.

What we built One internal dashboard with live job status, assignment, and a simple audit trail of who changed what.
